Warrigal Figree Group Exercise Class – Led by a Physiotherapist
Join us for a group exercise class run by our Experienced Physiotherapists focusing on lower body strength & balance. Get ready to lift some weights, challenge your balance and have a whole lot of fun doing it!

Wollongong Seniors Walking Group – FREE – Led by a Physiotherapist
Hello Wollongong 
Every Friday at 11am we meet just inside the front gate of Wollongong Botanic Gardens. 
No bookings are required! Come along and enjoy the beautiful gardens whilst walking alongside our lovely physiotherapist and other community members.

Nowra Falls Prevention and Balance Class – Led by Accredited Exercise Physiologists
Join us for our social exercise class run by our Experienced Exercise Physiologists. This class focuses on lower body strength & balance as well as strategies & exercises to help prevent falls while having fun at the same time! Your program will be tailored to your individual needs and skill level.
When: 10am – 11am, Thursdays
Cost: $180 for 10 visit pass / or $20 per individual class. (If you are on an My Aged Care package, speak to your Home Care provider for discounts)
