Aspiring Athletes-Teens
Designed to strengthen growing teenage bodies to prevent injuries before they occur. Your individual evidence based assessment highlights areas at risk of injury and addresses the root cause of any weaknesses.
Abilities
A fun, social class designed to improve mobility, balance and strength. This class is capped at 3 participants and fully funded via your NDIS package.
Over 50s
If you are over 50 and want to build your strength, endurance, balance and improve your overall mobility then this class is for you. Note: if you have Diabetes you can claim this class via your GP (ask us how).
One on One
A private consultation, where you work to build an individualised program that suits your needs and ensures you achieve your goals. Many clients like to start with a number of private sessions before moving into the classes

Annie – Physiotherapist
Annie loves doing Pilates and is passionate about resorting mind body awareness and movement through Pilates.
Montanna – Exercise Physiologist
Montanna has developed a passion for injury rehabilitation and prevention, fuelled by her devotion to helping others move their body in a way that feels good for them. Montanna combines her knowledge with her excitement in helping others grow stronger whilst having fun along the way
Demi – Exercise Physiologist
Demi is excited about getting people moving and feeling great in their own body. Through her extensive exercise experience she understands that variety in movement is the key to prolonged enjoyment and is excited to show this through fun pilates routines
